Trisha & Brandon Waggy
Trisha and Brandon Waggy serve as our executive directors of Michiana Youth Ministry. Brandon attended LOG all through high school returning as an adult advisor after graduating college. Trisha interned for LOG during college and returned after meeting Brandon in 2022. They currently reside in South Bend where Brandon is a full-time audio technician and Trisha works with youth at South Bend City Church while pursuing her PhD in Theology at Fordham University.

Founder & Director Emeritus
Terry McBride
Rev. Terry McBride was the founder of Michiana Youth Ministries and brought LOG to South Bend in 1997. Terry retired at the end of 2021 after serving for thirty-six years as a pastor in the Presbyterian Church (USA). He now resides in Renton, WA and continues to serve his local community.
Director Emeritus
Ethan Swinehart
Ethan Swinehart is Director Emeritus of Michiana Youth Ministries, having served as director from 2021-2025. Ethan and his wife, Joy, are both natives of the Michiana area. Ethan currently serves as the Assistant and Worship Pastor at Island Community Church in Islamorada, Florida.
